Noble won't pull the plug. they could have done that at any stage for years. pulling the plug also means they would lose what they invested to keep the lights on.

I get what you mean though - many factors at play.

I'm tempted to double down but I have a reasonable amount and there are still all the risks of this not going ahead.

I'm confident it will, but my risk appetite is full.
