Yes I agree 100%. High stakes game of brinkmanship...between Noble and PIC. My view of Noble's business model is to support/fund businesses and in return receive offtake and logistics contracts. They won't risk their reputation. PIC (Pseudo government), know the president is desperate for the Waterberg to open for employment, and to sure up domestic offtake, not to mention the dollars they have placed into this...It's been a long drawn out funding process, and patience wearing thin from everyone.
I do agree with the current 'hard ball' action from Noble though. The last three CP's would have to be close to being done, so forcing our hand makes sense to me.
