I worked out that the value of Mt Webber over its lifetime could be $910 million(14,000,000*$65). Comments on this ranged from a sale to Atlas instead, from $35 million upwards with $100 million being a more popular figure. No-one seems to want to keep it & I cant understand why. Surely an annual return on 900,000 tons would be about $40 million after tax & on a P/E of 10 would put the share price up to about 90 cents. What is wrong with my reasoning?
