Amazingly, I was able to buy 18k of RNY at mostly 10 cents a share.

The NTA when the results are posted will be about $1.10.

The rent received covers the mortages two times over. The extra times over is returned to me at thousands and thousands of dollars in the end of Feb.

Luckily, I will pay NO TAX on the earnings, as my shares like BHP and UGL and OZL have tanked, so they will balance what taxable dividents RNY give me.

Now I read SLG end of year results - and I see nothing to make me fear NYC suburbs class A office buidings.

I read a retail REIT (I think Macquarie DDR) who fire saled heaps of no-town USA crap strip malls at a whooping 12% discount to book value.

So seeing SLG and seeing the worst case Dec 2008 scenario (minus 12%), I am thankful for all the pannicers who sold to me at 10 cents.

It is amazing that a small time nobody like me, can account for 70% of the turnover of a stock on one day in the Aussie stock exchange.

I will give you a big hinto... the 20k I bought with today is kind of my last 20k. So if you can buy, buy, buy at 10 cents, good luck to you. You will receive 45% dividend whilst buying REAL ASSETS at 92% discount. Ha, ha, ha, ha. Would you buy a 1.1 million apartment in Sydney for 100k. Well that is what you are doing buying RNY at 10 cents.

Gee, I wonder what I will do with my 10s of thousands of dividends at the end of Feb. Go ahead, you all, make RNY 8 cents for me, so I can load up again.

Imagine, the US govt pouring trillion of dollars into the market. Do you think that will cause inflation or hyper inflation. I find it amazing the US govt is making up for the lost leveraging with actual dollars.

I only want to own property and gold now.
