Typical lack of substance from the opposition.
Facts:
- we have the green light for continuing down the path of finalising restructuring and performance improvement plans
- we are intending to sue Watchstone for 600mil Pound (my take is that this does not include the escrow of 50mil Pound of which we have an independent barrister's positive opinion on)
- we were cash flow positive 2017h1 normalised (as per financials)
- SGH are estimating 2017h2 to improve on that (as per released statements)
- we still have not accounted for all the NIHL cases we have (we are currently employing staff for those https://www.slatergordon.co.uk/careers/current-vacancies/
- company values get worked out on estimated discounted future cash flows (not book values and share prices
- I could continue.
So it looks greener and greener on my side
All in my opinion.
