It's not hard to read in between the lines. Businesses don't take loans for working capital unless they are having cash flow issues.
Debt doesn't trade at 25c in the dollar if the company is strong and able to service it.
If you are going to wait for explicit confirmation from the company by way of a half/full year reports then you will be left behind.
Kind of like you have been left behind right now.
This is especially true for SGH who are notoriously slow to update the market about anything of meaning to share(bag)holders.
Ultimately the performance of the stock will provide us with all the answers and evidence that we need.
