Go back and read my post again. Where did I mention anything about selling assets?

My point is that debt holders well and truly control the outcome for the company. The current equity holders do not offer anything of value to them given the small relative size of equity to outstanding debt.

As for staff...well they can choose to have job in a business that keeps running or they can vote to lose their jobs and whatever small value their existing shares are worth if the company is put into administration. There isn't exactly a shortage of lawyers that have the experience to work on the sort of cases that SGH cover.

Call it downramping if it makes you feel better but let's see what happens to the value of your shares.

Don't be upset by people on HC. Don't blame WTG. Don't blame Anchorage.

The blame falls squarely on AG's shoulders. He had no problem accepting the accolades from his debt fuelled expansion when it was working.
