I can understand your enthusiasm Krispy but it strikes me there's a bit of speculation in this post.

I'm not sure the fat lady's about to burst in to song just yet.

SGH has a way to go and the outcome is still uncertain.

Maybe when the CA's are officially put to bed and any D4E, or not, is confirmed is the time for a post like this.

All that's happened is SGH has made an announcement re a claim against WTG - nothing else. It had to do something soon anyway - it's been sitting around apparently doing nothing for too long.

These legal issues will take years to resolve and have unpredictable outcomes - I'm sure deals will be done behind closed doors SH will never find out about.

Let's wait and see how the market reacts over this week before popping any spumante corks.
