I think it is clear to everyone that the knowledge base of this forum is very poor at the moment.

Look at the posters. Lots of negativity but no substantiation

We even have posters who still believe that the share price of SGH is the true value of SGH!

Have they never learnt about the estimated discounted future cash flows which is the proper valuation method and supported by scholars?

So what is the estimated future cash flows of SGH:
    - earnings after restructuring and performance improvement plans are completed (includes NIHL and VW CA)
    - 600m pound lawsuit against Watchstone (whatever the final amount may be)
    - 50m pound escrow (whatever the final amount may be)
    - other.

As you can see that is not easy to work out the current value of SGH based on estimated future cash flows.

That is why we should leave that up to the experts from SGH and our new lenders.

I would not trust any HC poster to do this work for me for we all know that most have personal motives for posting (ie shorters want an low price and high volume so they can cover, others want low prices so they can get into SGH shares cheaply)

SGH is upbeat at the moment:
    - support from our new lenders
    - on the attacking foot in relation to our UK purchase.

    All in my opinion.

Our side is looking greener and greener by the day
