I have no idea how you get those numbers, this is basically a paper company, so basically if it makes no money its not really worth anything. It can only be valued on what it makes in profit and it is yet to prove it can.
As for the staff if they are SH, they have lost like every other SH, no-one forced them to buy shares, they are in the same boat, however i can see certain Staff that need to be retained rewarded somehow by the hedge funds in the coming deal or otherwise.
Hedge funds arn't petty and near-sighted, they are hungry.
