There is 2 factors that will determine the share price moving forward.

    1. The D4E ratio
    2. The amount of net profit

At this stage non of the above is looking too crash hot.
    1. D4E will be at least 80%, meaning potential gain in share price 4/5 go to lenders. All existing holders share only 1/5 of the gain.

    2. for the past 3 half. Slater have been making a net loss. At best, normalised profit is 7m per half. Which translate to roughly 15m per year.. this means.. existing holders will share 3 milllions dollar profit amongst themselves.. that's 1 cent profit per share.. who is stupid enough to pay $1 per share when net profit is 1 cent per share? At 1 cent profit, maximum rational people will pay would be around 15 cents per share..

Why,would i buy a stock for 12.5 cents now, knowing that maximum others are willing to pay is 15 cents going forward.. the risk of holding the stock to gain 2.5 cents, is just not worth it. Hence that's why iam out.
