Spot on.....I agree with all of that which means that the younger generation will not become as wealthy as their parents and will be very much reliant on wealth transference via inheritance etc. Also as you mentioned the best days for property as certainly over, unless the government radically relaxes the overseas / foreign investment rules and regulations. In doing so though they will have to get to the pointy end of questions concerning population growth and our ultimate carrying capacity.
