    5 May 2017 SGH ASX announcement

    The new A$40m working capital facility has a three year term and will provide the Company with working capital headroom as it continues to execute its plan to restore its financial performance.

    To me restoring SGH financial performance means a $900m revenue and a climb back for the share price.

    'Discussions regarding the Company's recapitalisation continue and the market will be updated in due course. '

    To me that sounds like SGH are in charge. They decide.

    All in my opinion.
