Well htran. Not that simple or quick imo.
I don't believe sgh will be going to the bottom of the ocean or i definitely would never invested or continue to accumulate and put money where my mouth is unlike many bear ( not you)

End of August full year report will show a profit for the half year imo. By feb 2018 we will have our escrow money with an out of court settlement from watchstone for what ever amount can be agreed.

Dfe may come in 12 months from August this year, once sp has stabilised @ .75 to .95.

I believe the scrutiny and cost cutting restructuring will start to help cash flow dramatically soon.
