I think where you and your companions are getting it all wrong is in relation to the company valuation. It is not a straight forward matter as you should know.
Any scheme of arrangement must go through the court system and that will ensure it is fair for all stakeholders.
Where do you think that the lawsuit is fitting into that picture? Do you think a $1billion lawsuit may change the future earnings estimate? What about the escrow of 50million pound?
Not to forget that our new lenders knew about all this at the point of purchasing the debt. So they would have been aware of the merits of the claims. If bad merits to the claims then they would have seen something else positive. Could be our cash flows?
Like I said before there are some positive signs out there. I would read the SGH announcements and also between the lines.
