Why was there no d4e to raise the 40 million you ask? Because debt for equity doesn't raise cash. You seem to be getting it mixed up with a capital raise or share placement.
The percentage of shorters is reducing solely because new shorts aren't available. Its actually very surprising they haven't closed faster considering its clear most opened their positions much higher and this has gone from $8 to 9c lel.
