    You do realise business valuations exclude abnormal items not in the ordinary course of business?

    Watchstone abnormal
    Escrow abnormal

    Google future maintainable earnings and you might understand valuations a bit better

    If SGH win both the abnormal items, sure it will be good for them but it will not change business valuation one bit
