    I beg to differ.

    If DFE happens then (I aver) that the hedge funds would be much more profitable to pick a middle path for dilution.

    For one thing they would be much more likely to keep staff who hold a lot of the shares onside which means that the business will run better and more profitably.

    For another thing the SP would go up much more and that would greatly affect their profitability.

    And another another thing is that they will still retain a hefty chunk of debt that will equal or exceed their original expenses.

    So I am hoping for a 70% dilution (but not predicting anything) if they have their smarts about them and have done the arithmetic/analysis. That woukd lead to a SP of 30c to 40c.

    They should know by now that SGH is a "special case". No "basket case" jokes or snideness solicited here, let's keep things nice.
