People services firms such as law firms, consultancies, engineering design firms etc are only worth the people within them. SGH was a partnership, whereby the senior and most influential partners held stock, and therefore the incentive for business performance. With the partnership equity now completely diluted, there is no incentive for them not to flee the ship. SGH will struggle to recover IMO
