The primary concern would be Victoria. So, who's the Commissioner in Victoria? Not a trick question but it does raise things in the wider scheme as a lot will also depend upon where the trust accounts are located (ie: centrally, or separate, individual, for each state /jurisdiction). UK is obviously separate but in Australia, the structure goes:
SGH = VIC
ALL STATES LEGAL = VIC
TRILBY MISSO = QLD
SG NSW = NSW
SLATER & GORDON LAWYERS (NSW) = NSW
STOB = QLD
CONVEYANCING WORKS = QLD (since been closed down)
