Well, to be fair, share price has dropped over 95% already, so they are already working for their wages. And given that SGH have said that a D4E was likely, their shareholding will be diluted. Senior management are reaping what they have sown.
I do feel sorry for mid-level management though. But, given the fact that the previous share ownership plan ended badly, I would think that they are happy to work for wages and regular cash bonuses.
To be clear, I think the SGH business will survive this all ok. The business needs stability right now and it needs to retain its high-calibre staff and stop the revenue reducing. Senior management, on the other hand, should largely be replaced once new owners are in charge.
