    @Successwillcome,

Do you think this lawsuit of 637mill pound against Watchstone is going to have an effect on any D4E dealings?
Do you think they now want to wait and see how much cash this is getting in before negotiating what next?

If the D4E is going to eventuate,
then the longer it takes will no doubt be to SGH's benefit,
with the provider that their performance improves
This will obviously include the Watchstone lawsuit, who
IMHO, won't have a leg to stand on, if found guilty of fiddling the books

I watched the 2012 movie Arbitrage, starring Richard Gere a couple of days ago,
In the movie Richard Gere plays the part of Robert Miller, a hedge-fund manager,
who blows $400 million on a botched mining investment,
To plug the hole on the company's balance sheet, he cooks the books,
Then tries to sell the company as quickly as possible
    Sound familiar??

Anyway he finds a buyer who agrees to buy his company,
with one condition, that his books are signed off by an independent auditor

However the auditor thinks something looks fishy, and declines to sign,
Doesn't want to become liable in the future

Anyhow, he sucks the guy into buying the company, unaudited

    THE END

Denbo mentioned a couple of days ago that he has a gut feeling that SGH must have some friends in high places, very high places

Maybe the auditors who signed of on the Quindell deal also have friends in high places,
and Mr Grech has made a deal with them, sort of you scratch my back type of arrangement

So getting back to the D4E,
If it does happen, I'm of the opinion, between ($0.30 to $0.50) if at all

    Cheers, SWC
