I didn't mean to suggest WTG are lying @walkingeagle, it is SGH that claim they are incompetent at progressing the NIHL casebook. The fact they continue to hire NIHL staff causes a little cognitive dissonance though since SGH appear to be making money out of NIHL but claiming no profit.

I am sure SGH are not legally lying (unprovable atm), but stretching the truth is imho odds on.
SGH have already made a serious error that will probably cost them the entire company and now they appear desperate with their claim against WTG.
I fear ASIC will need to reopen their closed case into SGH past accounts.
