I think you've made the right decision Jack. When you sit down and work through the numbers it all looks pretty dire.

It is always tough contemplating taking a loss and potentially missing out on future upside.

I admit Watchstone could surprise on the upside but I don't understand where the settlement proceeds are expected to come from. We also have little read on Watchstone's defence, should they have one.

The business may well turn around in time but current shareholder's won't own much of it. So you have to ask yourself, as you've done, what's left to look forward to.
