mb the determining body? they will be presented with a take it or leave it proposition.. perhaps mb would like to 'leave it' so as to force anchorage's hand in pulling the pin, though this starts to touch on slater's earlier contention in relation to a conflict of interest.. it's a very interesting state of affairs at the moment (as usual!)
