what I'm suggesting is that given the condition precedent to settle, if MB don't then they could potentially send sgh straight to the wall if the facilities are pulled.. so what does MB do? settle for peanuts to give the members a few crumbs and enable their competitor to survive, or not settle and get nothing, as the lenders will not have the patience to keep it alive with all this bs going on.. The strength of the mb case and of SGH's defense is possibly irrelevant in these circumstances..
