In view of the continuing deathly silence from SGH we are all left to speculate on what the new owners will do. and what will be the future of this company

I cannot believe they will do a simple D4E. There would be billions of publically listed shares floating around which would never reach critical mass. I think they will tidy up the capital structure in some other way. The only way that comes to mind is to make SGH a much smaller company by selling off many of the acquired firms and go back to basics and possibly take the company private. Does anyone have any other ideas?
