I'd say they (wtg) would want some way to verify the performance or otherwise of the portfolio given we are now at the pointy end of the process.. I would if i was them, i think that's probably fair enough. i think it's pretty clear though that they can expect zero, given statements in the past from sgh relating to the costs and performance to date of the portfolio. re the success rate, that doesn't indicate how profitable or when settlement would occur.. from WTG's perspective, they are about to be shut out of it so it's reasonable that there would be dialogue about it icw everything else.
