Yesterday's announcement was positive for shareholders as we will continue as a going concern.

Yesterday's announcement was a vote of confidence in SGH.

Our new lender wants SGH to continue and succeed and so do we shareholders. In effect we are on the same page.

1. There would be no benefit for our new lenders in destroying shareholder wealth.
2. Shareholders vote.

Let's leave it at that for now.
