i was only making a bad pun on hearing loss.. but to your points, sgh would not have paid any deferred consideration purely because that was only payable to the extent the cases were profitable witin the time period, which they clearly have not been. And re the filing of proceedings against WTG, the only way that will not occur is if they settle first. Imo the wtg announcement in relation to the 'discussions' suggests this is a real possibility. As you say, the due date for filing is approaching so we should know more about that 'in due course'
