Did you consider that existing staff with better knowledge of what is really happening are leaving because they see the fate of this company more clearly?

Looking at job ads with no context to overall headcount isn't good analysis. SWC was trumpeting the same line of thinking a while back so unfortunately you are in terrible company.

Another website to look at is Glassdoor. The reviews from (alleged) staff members paint a far less rosy picture. Here are some excerpts from lists of cons:

    - Borderline unethical pressure to increase the perceived value of files.
    - Almost too many to mention- gossip and back stabbing by mid management, immense billing pressure, little guidance provided to juniors with focus being simply on increasing billings. Little to no emotional maturity displayed by mid management.
    - It is going bankrupt

So yeah basically, it doesn't seem implausible that staff are leaving because they don't enjoy working there, do not see a positive future in the company and the jobs you are referring to are replacing existing staff.

How will they pay for the staff? They just got a $40m lifeline thrown to them for working capital. That's how. If it wasn't for that...then you would have to assume that they would have run out of cash in the near future.

Good luck bagholder...the short sellers thank you for your service.
