i think most potential mass market clients undertaking such a review would encounter ideas such as 'putting the client at the centre of everything we do.. ', providing 'affordable access to justice to more people..' etc.. and they can boast good client satisfaction and advocacy scores, clients in general do not give a rats about stock fluctuations no matter what the industry and as others have said, are mostly oblivious to it anyway.. that tool who said the bars and clubs he frequents discuss this stuff is either a bs artist, or he seriously needs to find new places to hang out..
