We have a scalable production facility located at Dongguan, China, with a gross floor area of 58,000sq.m, employing more than 2000 employees. Currently, the factory is in the process of Phase II of the expansion plan of which a new production plant will be constructed next to the existing plant. By completion in next year, the total gross floor area will be increased to 93,000sqm.
By adopting a fully vertical integration model, our production facilities enable us to enhance the production flexibility, strengthen economies of scale and improve operational efficiency. As a return, we can achieve a high production capacity with an annual output of approximately 6,000,000 units.
Besides of the emphasis on Research & Development, we have also implemented a strict quality control system. Inspection will be carried out throughout the entire production procedure so as to ensure the products are always at high quality. In 2001, our factory received awards ISO9001 and the accreditation of “Grade A Quality Supplier” by SGS Hong Kong Ltd.
