Googly, it's tough loosing money but there is much more to life. Keep in mind that many self made millionaires have been bankrupt more than once!
I once lost $120k in less than 2 weeks! That was more than 70% of my capital. I must admit I was destroyed and struggled to smile. I look back on it and laugh at my negative attitude. You will do the same in time. Spend some more time with your family and friends and forget the market for a few days atleast.
Life is short, don't waste it. The past is behind you. You will be back again and this experience has made you a better investor and more importantly a wiser man.
