Sometimes people do not make big money until they go through this. Makes people return to study and learning and not just buying on a whim. There is always opportunity to make money on a market. You need to be able to adjust to changes and to where people will buy next. If you still own your stocks and they do not rebound then just transfer them into a new stock that is doing well. Do not think of it as taking a loss as you still have the same amount of money in the market, just under a different heading. Hopefully though it will to faster recovery.
