i am being financially ruined by the markets

cheer up twin peaks - plenty of people feel the same way but not the bit about life is.....!!!!! l guess stop and learn. All of us really need to put in stop losses. l guess you have to assess your own portfolio whether some stocks can be sold on better days etc. l myself have been moderating my losses by buying more on really bad days and then selling some on the really good one's. Certainly taught me a lot but still carrying losses. Hope this helps.
