The best and most valueable benefit is, that you can learn from it.
If you are still young and got atleast more than 2 third's of your life in front of you, than you should be happy to ride an full economy cycle and learn from it, how all the market going.
Write down much you can, esp. what you wish you had done and do it ( try ) in the next cycle.
Hit the next bull market very hard !
