for goodness sake, get a grip. boohoo - you're down 50%. you still have a portfolio worth some $100,000. some people have lost their homes and can't afford to feed or clothe their children.
we've been in a bull market for so long that people have forgot that the stockmarket doesn't always go up. extended periods of bear market conditions is normal and necessary part of the stockmarket.
if you don't like losing money in the stockmarket, you have only two choices available to you. either learn to read a chart or put your money into a savings account.
