imagine what might be planned for ???where is it that vigin takes off and lands near is it near geelong??? for example depots for taxi, trucks etc
where is the new mitcham freeway going ??? look around the entrances and exits for hot spots
talk to or get in touch with agents who deal with commercial land ask them, several of them for their views talk to lots of other commercial property owners
btw It took me 5 years for a property to come onto the market in my first preference goal, I wanted property in a niche strip
the 2nd one I stumbled across so far I prefer one with lease and tenants in place so income producing from day one the banks like that, easy to get a loan with its own income
