Plenty of posts on here citing the AFR etc quoting the Greens and LNP that they're opposing it so it's basically dead according to those media sources.
There are currently 2-days left in the Federal Sitting Calendar for 2024. So exactly what are you reading which indicates that the ESOS bill is going to be passed this year? For quotas to apply in 2025. Or passed at any time before the next election (or beyond) for that matter?
