I didn’t mean to say resistance is futile.

This may well be the last cap raise required, operations may turn positive and we can relist next year.

My only hope is we vote no, we either get a better deal from Hartree and retain control until we relist, or one of the other major shareholders steps up with something other than insolvency.

Remember the company has been barred from sourcing another deal until the 27 July, so the first step is to vote NO
