Good point. apparently MYL was approached about a merger recently, but our board rejected it, didn't solve short term liquidity / there as no money on offer. And whatever our board decided, it's really Hartree pulling their strings, Hartree wouldn't have wanted a merger because they want control for themselves. I would like to know more about that merger proposal and whether it can be dusted off after the NO vote.
