I am extremely concerned by the terms of the Hartree offer, page-276

Many will remember when i offered Kallen my shares for 10c.

Havent posted since that day and I know many speculated that I was a bit crazy.

If any care to deep dive into my posts very early on when the deal Hartree waa first announced . I always said the BOD was out of its depth . Hartree was getting a free pass to control company. BOD was so desperate to accept the Hartree claim against the liquidator which was never tested. It was all smoke and mirrors.

Anyway , im guessing Kalleen happy that the transaction @10c didnt go ahead.

For me, i had written this off long ago.

Anyone who still thinks highly of the BOD still dont understand what they signed away.

BTW anyone who votes No is allowing emotions to get the better of them. This was inevitable. At some point Hartree will want to clean up the register and make some small offer It probably is in their interests to do it when the Ni price is low.

Im guessing somewhere around 2c .... many will accept as it allows them to move on

A sad story but I have lost more in other speccy stocks.
