And the offer doesn't 'bring' MYL in $18 Million, it's a loan of $18Milllion at circa 15%.
What it is is a massive dilution and ceding official control (I think they already have unofficial control) for $3 to get short term debt that given past record, Hartree will want large fees to renegotiate every 12 months.

We will never see a relisting or a return following that path IMO.

Hi Kalleen Sorry to watch this company go this way. I know that over the years you and others had that much trust in this little company. I was put in a position some time ago that I had to sell most of my holdings. Hoping there are better things for you in the future Towie
