Top 20 holder here. My shares and another half a million from associates have voted no to Hartree’s or takeover attempt.

I can imagine Mark Creasy, Perilya and the other larger shareholders (including suppliers to the Avebury mine and recent overseas investors new to the register) that own shares and were participants in recent raises, would be filthy.

This is all on Hartree. They could have created a wi/win for MYL, shareholders, Avebury employees and contractors by providing funding at reasonable rates, not insisting that funds raised and concentrate sales $ aren’t straight back into their coffers and plenty of other examples I could raise except I’d get modded.

More to come publicly on this one. In the meantime, vote NO.

It was mainly the shadow state resources minister proselytizing that the government should bail Avebury out.
