Friendly advice...don't do it...waaay too early. I've been doing this for quite a while...and leaving early is rarely a smart move in my experience...unless there are real market reasons for doing it...About the only thing that inspires me to sell anything is management incompetence..and even then just rebalance to offset exposure....not seeing it here yet with EXT...
