Excellent post Process, very well said.

Like a Van K Tharp book I read stated, it's like breathing can't keep breathing in you must learn to accept breathing out as well, as in gains and losses. I'm a beginner at this on my own now after 7 years with brokers and posistion sizing is a cruical lesson I learn't quickly. Went easy for a short while and then got burnt 4 in a row. On the bright side it only cost me 4k not lots. If beginners luck had of kept going for a while longer it would have been much worse. Just gotta knuckle in and get it back which I've now done and much wiser for the lesson. Taught me how much I don't know lol
