Sparkie - I think phase 2 is operational, or at least operating to some degree. I thought this was mentioned in last report, but may be mistaken.
If so then there should be no reason to not be producing at close to 970kt per month, subject to sales. One would hope that with this capacity of somewhere between 11 and 22kt PA and the LYC statement a few months back that they can sell all they produce, that they would be pumping out as much as can be sold to get revenue in.
One must assume that Mr Market thinks there is a serious problem - maybe technical, maybe lack of sales, but whatever the reason production at anything close to 900kt per month is not being treated as credible.
Maybe LYC will shock us all in a couple of weeks time.
