    after looking at the chart yesterday I think that OPL is on the move again.Increased holding.

    If it stays at 60c this will be a new base to launch towards 70c next week then maybe higher to previous high.

    Big trade last Friday but no announcement as to who made the purchase. Must be someone in the know?
