Share Placement . Rawson Resources Ltd is pleased to announce the placement of 9,300,000 shares at 19c per share raising $ 1,767,000 before capital raising fees. The funds will be used for drilling for the CSG exploration program with TRUenergy in the Surat Basin Queensland and for general working capital purposes. The placement was managed by Phillip Capital Australia through Intersuisse Limited (ASX Market Participant) and was made to institutional and sophisticated investors, pursuant to Section 708 of the Corporations Act and is under 15% of total issued ordinary shares. Following the placement the company will have an issued capital of 71,567,150 ordinary shares.
